Brothers and sisters in the Lord, พี่น้องทั้งหลายในองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า when you look at the tactic that king Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah used in the above war เมื่อท่านมองดูกลยุทธ์ที่กษัตริย์เยโฮชาฟัทและ
ชาวยูดาห์ใช้ในสงครามข้างต้น

• It can be defined as an act of expressing commendation or admiration or grateful homage in
words and songs as an act of worship สามารถกําหนดได้ว่าเป็นการแสดงการยกย่องหรือชื่นชมหรือการแสดงความเคารพด้วย
คําพูดและเพลงเป็นการนมัสการ
• It is also considered as an act to glorify God ยังถือเป็นการแสดงเพื่อถวายเกียรติแด่พระเจ้าอีกด้วย

WHY DO WE NEED TO GIVR PRAISES TO GOD 

1. PRAISE IS EQUIVALENT TO KING: การสรรเสริญเทียบเท่ากับกษัตริย์
➢ It is an abomination to go to the king without expressing commendation or without a grateful
homage in words or songs as an act of worship regardless of your situation: การเข้าเฝ้ากษัตริย์โดยไม่แสดง
ความเคารพหรือไม่แสดงความเคารพด้วยถ้อยคําหรือบทเพลงเป็นการนมัสการโดยไม่คํานึงถึงสถานการณ์ของคุณ เป็นสิ่งที่น่ารังเกียจ
• Our God is not a president. He is not elected; he is not selected by group of

➢ Jesus’ Birth – การประสูติของพระเยซู
• Luke 2:9-14 Angel announced Jesus’ birth and multitude of heavenly host praising

• Matthew 2:2-11 Wise men from the east came to worship Him as well as presented to

Case study of what happen to those who knew Jesus in His earthly ministry as King:

2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped.
him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me
clean.
3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him,
saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his
leprosy was cleansed.

มัทธิว 8:1-3
1 เมื่อพระองค์เสด็จลงมาจากภูเขาแล้ว คนเป็นอันมากได้ติดตาม
พระองค์ไป
2อขณะนั้นมีคนโรคเรื้อนมากราบไหว้พระองค์ แล้วทูลว่า
“พระองค์เจ้าข้า เพียงแต่พระองค์จะโปรด ก็จะทรงบันดาลให้ข้า
พระองค์หายโรคได้”
3อพระองค์ทรงยื่นพระหัตถ์ถูกต้องเขาแล้วตรัสว่า <<เราพอใจแล้ว จงหาย
เถิด>> ในทันใดนั้น โรคเรื้อนของเขาก็หาย

The man with leper approached Jesus with a great knowledge of whom Jesus as the Son of
God is. He started with worshiping Him and not just asked or ordered for healing. ชายที่เป็นโรคเรื้อนเข้ามา
หาพระเยซูด้วยความรู้มากมายว่าพระเยซูเป็นพระบุตรของพระเจ้า เขาเริ่มต้นด้วยการนมัสการพระองค์ ไม่ใช่แค่ขอหรือสั่งให้รักษา
2. GOD RESPONSE TO OUR PRAISES: พระเจ้าทรงตอบสนองต่อคําสรรเสริญของเรา
➢ Psalm 22:3 – God inhabit in the praises of His people

➢ Psalm 68: – God will arise

WHEN CAN WE PRAISE GOD? เราจะสรรเสริญพระเจ้าได้เมื่อใด?

my heart: and I will glorify thy name for
evermore.

2 My soul shall make her boast in the Lord:
the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.

1 ข้าพเจ้าจะสรรเสริญพระเจ้าตลอดไปคําสรรเสริญพระองค์อยู่ที่
ปากข้าพเจ้าเรื่อยไป
2 จิตใจของข้าพเจ้าโอ้อวดในพระเจ้าให้คนที่เสงี่ยมเจียมตัวได้ฟังและยินดี

WHERE DO WE SUPPOSE TO PRAISE GOD? เราควรจะสรรเสริญพระเจ้าที่ใด?
➢ Psalm 34:1 – In all situation or circumstances

➢ Psalm 42:6-11 — In a very challenging time or period
สดุดี42:6-11 — ในเวลาหรือช่วงเวลาที่ท้าทายมาก

6 O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore
will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the
Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.
7 Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy
waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone
over me.
8 Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the
day time, and in the night his song shall be with me, and
my prayer unto the God of my life.
9 I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten
me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of
the enemy?
10 As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies
reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is
thy God?
11 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art
thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall

yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance,
and my God.

7 เมื่อเสียงน้ําแก่งตกที่ลึกก็กู่เรียกที่ลึกบรรดาคลื่นและระลอกของพระองค์ท่วม

พระองค์อยู่กับข้าพเจ้าเป็นคําอธิษฐานต่อพระเจ้าแห่งชีวิตของข้าพเจ้า
9 ข้าพเจ้าทูลพระเจ้าพระศิลาของข้าพเจ้าว่า “ไฉนพระองค์ทรงลืมข้าพระองค์
เสียไฉนข้าพระองค์จึงต้องไปอย่างเป็นทุกข์เพราะการบีบบังคับของศัตรู”
10 ปรปักษ์ของข้าพระองค์เยาะเย้ยข้าพระองค์ประดุจแผลร้ายภายในร่างของ
ข้าพระองค์ในเมื่อเขากล่าวแก่ข้าพระองค์เสมอๆ อยู่ว่า “พระเจ้าของเจ้าอยู่ที่
ไหน”
11 จิตวิญญาณของข้าพเจ้าเอ๋ย ไฉนเจ้าจึงฝ่ออยู่ไฉนเจ้าจึงกระสับกระส่าย
ภายในข้าพเจ้าจงหวังใจในพระเจ้า เพราะข้าพเจ้าจะถวายสดุดีแด่พระองค์อีกผู้
ทรงเป็นความอุปถัมภ์ และพระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้า

➢ Psalm 150:6 – Let everything that have breath praise the Lord สดุดี150:6 – ให้ทุกสิ่งที่หายใจ
สรรเสริญองค์พระเจ้า

6 Let everything that hath breath praise the
Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
