Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you
1 Chronicles 28:20
- These are very reassuring words that we can take to heart.
- You can be strong and courageous because the Lord is with you.
- We don’t need to be frightened about the size of the task before us.
- Fear can immobilize us if we allow it.
- The size of the task, the pressure of the situation can cause us to freeze and do nothing.
- You don’t need to fear or be afraid because the Lord is with you.
- Don’t focus on the fear; focus on the Anointed One who anoints you with His anointing.
- You can do the work that God has for you because He will help you.
PRAYER: Lord, thank You that I do not need to be discouraged or despondent because You are with me. You are my sustainer and my all-sufficient God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
